Dr. Schutt
Dr. Schutt graduated from The University of Tampa with a BS in Biology. She first was introduced to veterinary medicine in her childhood visiting her uncle’s practice. Her passion for animals grew as she learned all the ways she could help them and their families.

Following veterinary school, Dr. Schutt spent a year as hospital intern in Lexington, Kentucky with Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital. After her equine internship, she pursued a one-year rotating internship in surgery, emergency, and internal medicine with Blue Pearl in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since completing her internships she has been working in general and emergency practice. Her interests in veterinary medicine include surgery, anesthesia, internal medicine, preventative care, and emergency medicine.
Outside of work she enjoys photography, traveling, and horseback riding. Before veterinary school she had the opportunity to travel to South Africa, Rwanda, the Cayman Islands, and study abroad in Australia!
